Got a call from them a day after I made the order just because they didn’t have the display box from the photo. They changed it with no extra charge and added a few different plants for presentation. Customer service and presentation is 10/10

Whilst I was skeptical as the flowers I had chosen were not available, the florists choice/ substitute were excellent and well received by my wife. I have bought many flowers over the years for my wife and this process and the flowers supplied were up there with the best and equally great value.
