Flower Care Tips
Here are some useful tips to make sure you provide the best possible care for your flowers.
Caring for Bouquets
- Prepare a clean vase.
- Fill the container with lukewarm water and mix well with flower food provided.
- Trim each stem with a sharp knife or scissors and remove any excess leaves that fall below the waterline. This will prevent the growth of bacteria in the water caused by decaying foliage.
- Place the stems in the vase.
- Top up the vase with fresh water daily when necessary.
- For maximum life, place your flowers in a cool location, not in direct sunlight.
- Change the water and re-cut the stem ends every 2-3 days.
- Most flowers will last a minimum of 3 - 7 days. Remove any dead flowers from your bouquet to extend the life of those remaining.
Caring for Arrangements
